Imagine you have three flashlights, each with its own special color: one is red, one is green, and one is blue. When you turn these flashlights on they shine circles of light onto the screen. The colors mix together when the circles overlap. If two circles overlap, you'll see a new color made from those two colors. For example, red and green might mix to make yellow. If all the circles overlap, you'll see a special mix of all three colors: red, green, and blue together in the middle.
Each of these special flashlights has a slider that controls how much light the flashlight is giving off. Notice that if the flashlight is off, the color is black.
Use the sliders to increase or decrease the brightness of the flashlights. Click and drag the circles to see how they interact when mixed together. A preview of the mixed color will be displayed in the rocket below. If you play and mix these lights you can build up a ton of different colors from shades of red, green, and blue.
